Compensation
- $30/hour for the first few weeks, then piece-rate

What you'll do
- Lead residential HVAC replacement projects from start to finish
- Install:
- Furnaces
- Heat pumps
- Air conditioners
- Evaporator coils
- Air handlers
- IAQ accessories
- Fabricate and modify sheet metal as needed
- Pull proper vacuum and commission equipment
- Verify airflow and system operation
- Complete installation documentation and photos
- Train and mentor apprentices
- Leave every job cleaner than you found it
What we're looking for
Required
- 5+ years residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience leading install crews
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with good record
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams
Preferred
- NATE Certification
- Heat pump installation experience
- Manual J/duct design knowledge
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
