Position: Warehouse Associate Location: Cary, Illinois

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at our corporate headquarters. In this role, you'll help ensure materials and shipments move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout our manufacturing operation while supporting inventory accuracy and on-time customer delivery.

Handle and transport materials throughout the facility

Perform inventory audits and maintain inventory accuracy

Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and condition

Move materials between shipping, receiving, storage, and production areas

Compile records for unfilled orders, shipping weights, and freight charges

Prepare department records and reports

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Computer literacy and basic data entry skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable work ethic and commitment to safety

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience

Experience with inventory control systems or ERP software

Forklift experience (if applicable)
