OneSource RCM is a small, veteran-owned medical billing and revenue cycle management company serving healthcare providers across the United States. We specialize primarily in behavioral health and other outpatient medical specialties, providing billing, credentialing, consulting, and revenue cycle management services.
We're hiring our first team member and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, and taking ownership of their work.
Healthcare experience is required. Medical billing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, professionalism, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn.
This is not a repetitive data entry position. Every insurance company, payer portal, and client practice operates differently. Success in this role comes from curiosity, persistence, organization, and the ability to think through unfamiliar situations independently.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out.
Medical billing is constantly changing. Insurance companies update policies, software evolves, and every client has unique workflows. We need someone who is naturally curious, enjoys researching answers, and isn't afraid to tackle unfamiliar problems.
We can teach billing processes and software. We cannot teach curiosity, integrity, accountability, or a strong work ethic.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving puzzles, communicates professionally, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing accurate work. They are comfortable working independently while also recognizing when collaboration or guidance is appropriate.
As our first employee, you'll have the opportunity to help shape workflows, contribute ideas, and grow alongside the company. Your work will have a direct impact on our clients' success and the future of OneSource RCM.
Application Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must submit both a resume and a cover letter.
Your cover letter should be no more than one page and answer the following questions:
- What attracted you to this position, and why do you believe you would be successful in this role?
- Describe a time you encountered a problem at work that did not have an obvious answer. How did you approach it, and what was the outcome?
- This position requires working independently while knowing when to ask for guidance. How do you balance solving problems on your own with seeking assistance when appropriate?
- What strengths, skills, or experiences would you bring to OneSource RCM that would help contribute to our clients' success?
- Why are you interested in joining a small, growing company rather than a larger organization?
Applications submitted without both a resume and cover letter may not be considered.
