ABOUT AARON'S SEMI REPAIR:
Aaron’s Semi Repair, Inc. is a fast-growing, family-owned and managed, complete semi-truck and trailer repair shop with on-site and 24/7 mobile service. For nearly 15 years with a great team by our side, we’ve worked on a wide range of semi-truck makes, models, and trailers. We do what is needed to get our customers back on the road safely.
We are currently looking for a PARTS/SHOP ASSISTANT for our Rock Springs, WY shop that takes pride in their work.
The PARTS/SHOP ASSISTANT role is to assist technicians and office staff through providing parts efficiently, maintaining a well-cleaned and decluttered shop, assist on jobs when assigned - all in an enthusiastic/positive manner to all customers and co-workers every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Retrieving and delivering parts
✓Keep shop cleaned (inside and outside)
✓Check inventory and supply item list
✓Provide customers with rides to hotels or needed locations
✓ Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop
✓Assist with building maintenance
IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITION WILL:
✓ Have a current and valid Driver License with a clean and insurable driving record (no speeding tickets over 15mph)
✓ Have good communication skills (This position interacts closely with customers, office staff and technicians)
✓ Be willing to learn and apply new information to the job
✓ Take great CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS
✓ Be honest, friendly, and non-judgmental
✓ Be mechanically inclined

WE OFFER:

✓ Competitive Pay - Pay per hour $13 - $16 depending on experience and willingness. Parts/Shop Assistant bonus plan is based on completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks with the max benefit of $350 per month. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly team bonuses in addition to the above (Bonuses include $$, paid time off, gift certificates, company trips, etc). Our retirement is 3% and you can contribute whatever you like. It is available after 1 year.
