F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time HVAC Inside Technical Support for it's Rutland VT, Williston VT, and Lebanon NH area.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot HVAC calls from customers via phone
- Design, VRF, Duct Layout, and other heating systems
- Participate in company and factory provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
- Organize all phone calls via CRM for tracking purpose
Qualifications:
- 10 years of HVAC residential and commercial service experience
- Complete understanding of refrigerant circuits and basic electric
- Strong trouble shooting skills to include electrical and mechanical systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Must possess a high level of customer service
- Able to work within a team environment
- ·trong customer service skills
- Must be able to travel between our Rutland/Williston, VT & Lebanon NH locations
