SUMMARY OF JOB: The Access Care Manager I/II plays a vital role in ensuring individuals seeking mental health and substance use services receive immediate, welcoming, and effective support. In this position, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine medical necessity and connect a highly diverse population, spanning all age groups from children to older adults, with the appropriate level of care.
Operating with a friendly, nonjudgmental approach, you will manage service requests from prospective clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and user friendly dispositions. Responsibilities include conducting critical screenings for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, crisis residential, and partial hospitalization programs. Whether providing routine, urgent, or emergent assistance, you will deliver practical guidance, short term crisis stabilization, and essential follow up care to ensure our consumers feel supported every step of the way.

Pay: $21.89 - $42.22 per hour
