As a Wireless Sales Associate , you'll be the person our customers trust to connect their whole home. The Wireless Sales Associate also shows our customers how AT&T Fiber, paired with the right wireless plan and smartphone, creates a seamless internet experience. This sales role is about account management; you'll own every account you open, from setup to upgrades
Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Associate
- Oversee customer accounts by connecting personally with residential clients and recommending optimal AT&T cell phones, data plans, and Fiber solutions.
- Develop and grow accounts through attentive relationship management and strategic recommendations that boost sales and customer loyalty.
- Enhance account value by listening to customer needs and successfully closing sales on upgraded AT&T mobile devices, data packages, and Fiber services.
- Maintain customer accounts by providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities to increase AT&T wireless and Fiber adoption.
- Drive revenue growth by managing accounts effectively and turning conversations into successful sales of AT&T solutions.
Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales and account management is a plus, but not required.
- Proven reliability with accountability in sales environments.
- Focused on meeting daily sales activity and account growth benchmarks.
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth in account management and sales.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
