We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Real Estate Instructor with proven industry experience to join our educational team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of real estate agents and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative instruction in real estate principles, practices, law, finance, and ethics
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with state licensing requirements
- Stay current with changes in real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students pursuing licensure or continuing education
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with curriculum developers and administrative staff to improve course offerings
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Maryland (or previously licensed with substantial experience)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional real estate experience (sales, brokerage, property management, etc.)
- Prior teaching, training, or public speaking experience preferred
- Strong understanding of state-specific real estate laws and licensing requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
