Manufacturing Operations Coordinator
- Location: 100% onsite in Santa Rosa, California 95403.
- Work Schedule: Swing Shift - Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM (PDT).
- Ability to work Swing Shift and train on Day Shift as needed.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an IC Package Test Technician to support production and prototype testing of integrated circuit packages. This hands-on role works closely with engineering and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality test operations.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate semi-automated DC and RF test equipment.
- Perform package testing, leak testing, trim and form, and visual inspection.
- Handle small IC packages in an ESD-controlled environment.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including tape-and-reel packaging.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and test issues.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production and delivery targets.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with semiconductor processing, IC package testing, electronics testing, RF/DC testing, troubleshooting, trim and form, or leak testing.
- Experience handling small packages or electronic components.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively across departments.
Pay Transparency:
- This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $20.17/hour - $26.90/hour W-2.

Pay: $20.17 - $26.90 per hour
