- Provides direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.

Monitors and records vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate, and reports any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff.

Adheres to strict infection control protocols and procedures to prevent the spread of illness and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Ensures patient safety by implementing fall prevention measures, responding to call lights promptly, and maintaining a safe and clutter-free environment.

Accurately documents patient care and observations in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring timely and complete record-keeping.

Utilizes effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team, providing updates and addressing concerns with empathy and respect.

Maintains thorough and accurate documentation of patient information, care provided, and any changes in condition.
- Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.

- Prior experience as a CNA in a long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus.
