We are currently recruiting a Accounting Manager to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations across multiple U.S. and CAN entities, and project SPVs.

Manage month‑end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes as well as corresponding tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal global accounting policies.

Supervise and mentor staff accountants, ensuring high‑quality work.

Lead, supervise, and mentor accounts payable staff, providing guidance, training, performance feedback, and development support, to elevate team capabilities.

Oversee AP close, ensuring proper accruals, reconciliations, and reporting align with monthly and year-end timelines.

Manage AP automation tools and ERP systems, driving process improvements, automation, and scalability to meet growing business needs.

Support global consolidation and reporting processes by preparing accurate and timely financial data.

Support the preparation of various internal and external reports, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership.

Partner with Consolidation, tax, procurement, and finance/Controlling teams to ensure end-to-end accounting alignment.

Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory filings, and compliance with energy‑sector reporting requirements, by providing documentation, explanations, and timely responses.

Collaborate with project development, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial tracking of project costs and milestones.

Participate with ERP system management and enhancements, including testing, implementation, and process documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.

CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or other capital‑intensive industries, with at least 2 years in an AP supervisory role .

Experience in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, or utilities industries strongly preferred.

Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and AP automation tools (e.g., Concur, InvoFox,etc.) and advanced Excel skills.

Experience supporting audits, month-end close cycles, and financial reporting deadlines.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
