In this position you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of complex machine controls, electrical, pneumatic and/or mechanical problems. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong troubleshooting, technical and communication skills.
Job Training (OJT) provided, Maintenance Technician will:
- Troubleshooting complex machine and facilities control, electrical and/or mechanical problems.
- Maintaining critical spares parts inventory
- Developing and facilitating preventative maintenance activities
Minimum Requirements:
- Significant hands on experience with electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Must work well in a team setting
- Significant experience with machine controls (PLC programming for example) a plus but not required
- Industrial HVAC experience a plus but not required
- Ability to follow directions and have attention to detail
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced environment with good time management skills
- Analytical troubleshooting / problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Other Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
- Experience leading small teams preferred but not required.

- Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp.
Work Environment:
- This position works in a manufacturing environment. The noise level can vary from quiet to loud frequencies.
- May involve the use of oils and solvents.
- Generally works in a clean environment and works to maintain the environment as such.
- May require area specific safety training.
- The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes.
- May be assigned to various production areas as needs require.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $41,600 - $60,000
- A shift
- 40 hours per week/overtime as needed
