Country Kids Childcare Center is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Teacher Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities.
- Supervise and engage children in play and learning.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
- Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, and nap time as needed.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Follow all childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable, patient, and nurturing.
- Enjoy working with children of all ages.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Childcare experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person!
- Must be able to pass required background checks.
