We don't pour concrete, we cut it. From residential driveways to highways, bridges, airports, and large commercial projects, our team delivers precision concrete cutting safely and efficiently.
We're currently hiring Operators who are dependable, hardworking, and ready to build a long-term career. No experience? No problem. We provide paid, hands-on training for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate dozers, skid steers, excavators, and related heavy equipment
- Perform digging, grading, leveling, trenching, and material handling
- Load, move, and spread dirt, gravel, concrete, and other materials
- Assist with excavation, demolition, site preparation, and jobsite cleanup
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Safely operate various equipment attachments
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members
- Maintain equipment and keep the jobsite clean and organized
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Travel to job sites as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
