Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator/Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing practice in Warwick, RI.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and can confidently manage a busy front desk while maintaining exceptional patient service. Our office sees a high volume of patients daily, so the ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure is essential.
The ideal candidate is coachable, dependable, self-motivated, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team that works hard while having fun.
Schedule
Training Period
· Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
After Training
· Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
· Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required for community events and office activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet patients and create a welcoming experience
· Manage a high-volume front desk and patient flow
· Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
· Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
· Collect payments and process financial transactions
· Create financial care plans based on doctor recommendations
· Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
· Assist patients with therapeutic procedures, including:
- o Traction therapy
- o Interferential therapy
- o Heat and cold therapy
- o Digital X-ray processing
· Support doctors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
No chiropractic experience required—we provide training.
