As a Line Cook at Off The Wall Craft Beer & Wine, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes by following recipes and ensuring proper temperatures for meats.
- Utilizing your knife skills to cut produce, prepare ingredients, and make sauces with precision and efficiency.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver consistent and flavorful meals.
We’re seeking a Line Cook with at least
1 year of experience in a kitchen environment and the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques, including cooking meats to temperature.
- Strong knife skills for cutting produce and preparing ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare sauces with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere.
