We're seeking a charming and enthusiastic server/bartender to join our awesome team at Dashi! Our bar program boasts an extensive selection of whiskey, bourbon, and Japanese spirits as well as seasonal craft cocktails. We expect our servers/bartenders to be well versed in our spirit offerings, provide excellent drinking and dining experiences, follow our standard steps of service and be a positive team player!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve food and drinks orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Keep bar and tables clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all FOH and BOH staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Hospitality experience is a plus. Compensation is a base pay ($5/hr) + tips.
