Responsibilities:
-Wash dishes, restock dishes for service staff and kitchen line
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring ingredients
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
- Ensure that food storage areas are organized and fully stocked
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary
