IMMEDIATE HIRE! Turning Point, Center for Change, is looking for a "rockstar" Supervisor for our Twin Falls office to work with kids, teens, and adults!
Who we're looking for: The very best! You have been a counselor for a number years with a proven track record for being a "rockstar" in the mental health field. You are independantly licensed, and have a caseload that will transfer with you. You know how things work and have a strong history for proven leadership skills.
What it is: We are looking for someone that is able to work 30+ hours a week. Your duties will include a mix of seeing about 30-35 counseling clients, and supervision of Junior clinicians
The pay is $65-70 an hour. That's about $125,000 -140,000 a year!
You will be part of a fantastic team of experienced clinicians, who really make a difference in our clients lives!
Duties include utilizing team to assure audit compliance, including CANS assessments, treatment plans and 90 day reviews. Experience with family therapy, individual therapy, and discharge planning. Supporting team with supervision as needed. Improving existing systems. The clinician will need to be experienced and knowledgeable and have an outstanding reputation. Embrace the organizational vision of success for clients, clinicians and agency.
Salary: $60- 65 per hour
We will provide you with a professionally decorated office, technology in place, in a newly remodeled building! Of course if you want, you can decorate your own office. The atmosphere here is friendly and relaxed.

Requirements:
- Must be Licensed in the state of Idaho (LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, PSY, etc.)
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Have counseling skills and 7 years or more of counseling experience
- Must have 5 years leadership skills
- Must be Self Motivated & embrace and enjoy what you are doing
- Embrace transformational leadership style
- Must be a clinical supervisor
- Empathetic and compassionate
- Able to maintain necessary paperwork and compliance of all client charts
- Knowledge of best practices and Medical necessity
- Relevant Experience, and ability to team and contribute to a team experience
- Additional Attributes (Bonus Points)
- Bilingual
- 5+ years counseling experience (manditory)
- Experience with group therapy models
- Specialty area of expertise
- Understanding of family models
- Looking for a long-term careermental health, social worker, psychology, counselor, mental health therapist
