About the Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys building meaningful relationships with older adults. In this role, you’ll provide outpatient therapy services to residents within one Independent Living Community, helping them maintain strength, mobility, balance, and confidence so they can remain independent.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate
- Supervise PTAs as needed
- Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met
- Collaborate with community staff to support patients’ functional independence and aging in place
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active NC PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to work with older adults
