Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays and replenishing items as needed
- Assist guests with food selections, dietary preferences, and special requests in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and food preparation zones
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure a hygienic environment
- Support catering or banquet events with timely food setup and service assistance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery efficiently
Skills
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards
- Experience in food preparation, handling, and safety protocols
- Background in banquet or catering services enhances your versatility
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and accommodating special dietary needs
- Barista experience or hospitality background is a plus for creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced restaurant or food industry settings
