We know you have a life and a family waiting when the truck stops. Our minimum OTR schedule gets you home every other weekend, but YOU control your home time. We don't dictate when you go home - you schedule it.
Want to stay out longer, earn more, and add extra days to your next home-time break? We can do that. Need to be home for something important? Tell us when you need to be there, and our dispatch team will work to get you there.
How often do we miss a driver's scheduled home time?
We asked dispatch. Their answer? "Very rare." We would love to give you some impressive 98-point-something percentage here, but we are not going to make one up just because it looks good in a recruiting ad.
What we can tell you is this: Your home time is YOUR home time. You schedule it. We work with you, not against you.
So, what can you actually make - and do you want to run SOLO or TEAM?
Our Solo drivers typically earn $1,500-$2,000 per week. Our Team drivers typically earn $2,000-$2,500 per driver, per week.
Annualized, that's earning potential of approximately $78K-$104K Solo and $104K-$130K per Team driver.
Want to run solo? Great. Want to team? Bring your own partner - we're a trucking company, not a dating service. We've tried the matchmaking thing and... yeah. Just no. Don't have a teammate yet? Start solo and bring a partner on later.
How much are you currently paying for health insurance every week?
Take a look at your last paycheck - seriously, right now. How much comes out every single week just to cover your health insurance?
At Longistics, employee-only health insurance costs you $0 per week. Need to cover your family, including your spouse? That's just $39 per week for your entire family.

When your truck stops, does your paycheck stop too?
Breakdowns happen. Weather happens. Administrative mistakes happen - yeah, we're not perfect either. And don't even get us started on loading and unloading times. We all know our wonderful customers occasionally take a little longer than expected.
But your bills don't care why the wheels aren't turning. Whether it's detention, a breakdown, or a qualifying weather delay, there's a two-hour waiting period. After that, you get paid for every hour - with NO CAP.
Stuck for four hours? You get paid for two. Stuck for ten? You get paid for eight. Stuck longer? The clock keeps running. Because when something outside your control keeps you from earning miles, your time doesn't suddenly become worthless.
How much freight are you touching?
If the answer is "too much," your back and knees probably already answered this question for you.
At Longistics, our OTR freight is 100% NO-TOUCH. You're a professional truck driver - we hired you to drive, not sling pallets, throw boxes, or find out exactly how many good years those knees have left.
Your CDL says professional driver. It doesn't say professional furniture mover. Save your back. Save your knees. You've got miles to run.
Does your current company pay you extra for driving SAFE?
We're not talking about a $50 gift card or your name on a safety board.
Some of our experienced drivers are earning more than $1,800 in a single quarterly Safety Bonus. That's over $7,200 a year in additional earning potential just for driving safe.
Your Safety Bonus starts at $0.005 per mile and increases by another $0.005 per mile for every year of safe driving, all the way up to $0.03 per mile, paid every quarter.
We take safety seriously because we want every driver who leaves home in one of our trucks to make it back home safely. Drivers who consistently do things the right way deserve to be rewarded.
You're already supposed to drive safe. We just think you should get paid more for doing it.
How much is it going to cost you to switch trucking companies?
Changing jobs sounds great until you remember that your bills don't stop while you're changing jobs. Maybe there's a gap between your last paycheck and your first one. Maybe you've got travel expenses. We get it.
Longistics offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with $500 paid on your very first paycheck. We also pay $500 for orientation, and that hits your first paycheck too.
That means your first paycheck will include $1,000 in sign-on bonus and orientation pay - before adding your regular earnings.
We do that for a simple reason: switching jobs costs money. The remaining $4,500 of your sign-on bonus is paid monthly over the next five months.
Last question: So... is your current trucking job really that good?

Minimum Qualifications

· At least 24 years old
· Valid Class A CDL - no endorsements required
· Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A OTR experience
· PSP and MVR that meet our safety standards
· Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
· Ability to pass required background screening
