- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage and optimize workflows, implement process improvements, and maintain KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising, training, and motivating warehouse staff.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written); bilingual ability is a plus depending on business needs.

- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse management or logistics operations experience.
