Lifeguard with Aquatech Management
Join Aquatech Management for an exciting opportunity as a Lifeguard this pool season!
We are looking for lifeguards with or without prior experience, who are available through Labor Day.
We are currently hiring for the following locations:
Suffolk County, NY
(Indoor facilities are available for those balancing work and school commitments after the season ends)
Bonus Opportunities:

$500 college scholarship available for qualifying guards

End-of-season bonuses for those who work through Labor Day
Responsibilities:

Open and close the pool daily according to the schedule

Monitor pool activities to ensure safety at all times
-
Maintain proper pool chemical levels
-
Respond appropriately during emergencies and adverse weather conditions
-
Keep the pool and surrounding areas clean and safe
-
Assist patrons as needed

Strong aquatic skills
-
Ability to perform Aquatics tasks efficiently

Swimming proficiency
Qualifications:
-
Valid NYS DOH Lifeguard Certification or equivalent
-
Current CPR/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer (completed within the past year)

Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, and holidays)

Reliable transportation
Compensation:

Starting at $18.00/hour
