We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with the ability to supervise and lead a team in maintaining beautiful lawns and gardens. This role involves hands-on work in ecological lawn care, and landscape maintenance, ensuring that all outdoor spaces are healthy, vibrant, and well-kept.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of lawn care technicians in daily operations.
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding.

- Monitor the health of lawns, identifying any issues or that require attention.
- Maintain equipment used in lawn care and landscaping to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and providing expert advice on lawn maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Knowledge of organic lawn care practices and horticultural principles is a plus.
- Ability to operate landscaping /equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license is required for transportation between job sites.
