About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, optimistic, and highly experienced Klaviyo account manager who oozes personality and confidence to oversee our client projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage several Joyryde client accounts at once, keeping open communication, and meeting deadlines
- Regularly lead communications with clients over calls, email, and Slack
- Stay organized with project management software including Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.
- Manage Joyryde designers and creative leads to ensure projects are completed and deadlines are met
- Proactively identify opportunity areas to grow a client's Klaviyo account and business
What You'll Need
- Fantastic organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- The type of personality and energy that people enjoy working with
- A deep expertise in all aspects of Klaviyo
- Confidence communicating with clients, leading calls, answering questions, and making strategic recommendations
- Self-starter mindset, learns fast, works independently, and gets work done quickly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in getting the little things right
- Creative marketing skills and an eye for good design and copywriting
- At least 20 hours per week of availability during North American business hours to keep communication smooth and turnaround times quick
- English fluency
- Agency experience is a big plus
- Shopify experience is a big plus
- Design and copywriting skills are a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
