Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and construction-related tasks. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial properties, where attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential. The Painter/Laborer will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and assisting with other construction tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Apply paint using various methods including airless paint spraying and traditional brush techniques.
- Perform construction painting on both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Assist in restoration projects by applying appropriate finishes and coatings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Familiarity with construction painting practices is highly desirable.
- Basic skills in carpentry, masonry, plastering, stucco application
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Must adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
