Position Overview
We are looking for Local/Regional Solo Drivers who value steady, reliable income while having weekly home time.
- Position Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor)
- Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)
- Openings: Very Limited (Apply ASAP)
- Home Time: Every Week
- Routes: Midwest, Northeast, SouthEast
Compensation & Benefits
- 25% – 30% of Gross Revenue (Weekly Pay)

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate 53-ft Dry Van / Reefer Trailers (swing doors)
- Complete pre-trip & post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs in compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Ensure proper load securement and safe delivery
- Communicate clearly with dispatch for updates and planning
- Follow all traffic laws and safety standards
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A License
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience (53-ft trailers)
- Must be able to pass DOT Drug Test & DOT Physical
- NO SAP (Substance Abuse Program) candidates
- Clean driving record (background check required)
- Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA compliance
- Ability to manage time and routes efficiently
- Physically capable of handling freight when needed (up to 50 lbs)

- Hazmat Endorsement
