About the Role:

Join BrightStar Care as a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) and provide dedicated, one-on-one care to a child in the comfort of their home Monday to Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm. You’ll play a vital role in supporting both the patient and their family while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

What You'll Do:
- Administer medications and treatments (within RN scope)
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition
- Provide pediatric care (including G-tube care)
- Support and educate families on care plans
- Collaborate with RNs and care teams
- Document care and maintain accurate records
- Follow individualized care plans
- Report changes in patient condition promptly
- Participate in training and development
What We're Looking For:
- Active California RN license
- 1+ year pediatric or home health experience (preferred)
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- EMR experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
