Responsibilities (may vary daily):
- Animal care for dogs and cats (feeding, walking, basic needs)
- Preparing foods and supplements according to a specific health protocol
- Running errands (grocery, pharmacy, post office, etc.)
- Light household support and organization
- Other practical assistance as needed
- Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Calm, flexible, trustworthy, and attentive
- Comfortable, responsible, and reliable with dogs and cats
- Able to follow detailed instructions carefully and work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to manage stairs, steep terrain for dog walking, and winter conditions
- Solid, reliable transportation (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required), including safe travel up a steep hill in winter weather

- Location: Private home in Sagle, ID (near Sandpoint)
- Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week, typically 10 AM – 2 PM M-F
- Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill set
- Manage and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare, proofread, and transcribe correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette; screen and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Organize and maintain filing systems—both electronic and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents and data entry accuracy.
- Assist with event planning for company meetings, conferences, and special events from logistics to execution.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software; perform basic bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Provide executive administrative support including project coordination, office management duties, and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Utilize office management skills to oversee supply inventory, manage office equipment maintenance, and streamline administrative workflows.
- Conduct proofreading of documents for clarity and correctness; perform transcription services as needed for reports or correspondence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role within an office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly with integrity.
- Skilled in project coordination, event planning, data entry, transcription, proofreading, and filing procedures.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office management best practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies such as DocuSign for electronic signatures or other digital tools used for document management.
