What You'll Do
- Greet every guest with enthusiasm, warmth, and a genuine smile
- Create an exceptional first and last impression for every salon guest
- Schedule appointments and answer phones with confidence and professionalism
- Keep our busy salon running smoothly by staying organized and one step ahead
- Process retail purchases and guest checkouts using our salon software
- Support our stylists and team throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional front desk, waiting area, salon, and breakroom
- Help create the fun, upbeat atmosphere Arizona Hair is known for
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Positive, upbeat, and full of energy
- Naturally outgoing and enjoys connecting with people
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Keep the salon looking its best by completing daily cleaning and organization tasks
- Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the salon throughout the day
- A team player who enjoys helping others succeed
- Comfortable learning new technology and salon software
- Experienced in customer service (salon experience is a plus, but absolutely not required)
