The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
Communication skills include careful listening, being sensitive to other people’s thoughts and feelings, giving thoughtful responses, and timely and accurate reporting to appropriate people.
