San Ildefonso Services LLC is a Pueblo of San Ildefonso owned business established in 2007. We started our economic development with a Convenience Store and Fuel Station in northern New Mexico. Essential Functions
- Complete daily reconciliation of books; collect vendor invoices and information from General Manager; enter into price book; review Point of Sales (POS) for End of Day reports and log activities; update POS operations.
- Serve as the price book analyst supporting the company’s price book functions; manage and update product pricing within the company’s inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems; ensure pricing reflects current promotions, supplier costs and market trends.
- Assist in retail price determination for all products; set up new vendor accounts; enter all Price Book adjustments.
- Regular review of efficiency and accuracy of the data being input along with regular feedback; resolve discrepancies; troubleshoot pricing issues, non-scanning items, and inventory control problems with the team; provide reporting, analysis, and support to the retail team.
Education, Experience and Requirements
High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); AND, 2 years of relevant retail or convenience store experience to the duties and responsibilities outlined; OR business analysis experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (required).
Experience with S2K back-office a major plus, but not required. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Retail, Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field preferred.
