We are looking for a positive and happy person to help us answer emails!
This job is primarily remote, but we would like you to come work from the warehouse 1-2 days per week to stay familiar with inventory levels.
Duties
- Answer emails!
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via email, demonstrating strong grammar proficiency
Skills:
- Stay current on warehouse and store inventory levels
- Experience with Gmail, Shopify, and shipstation is a plus.
- Please be dependable
- Please be sharp
- Please be a good problem solver
- Please be trainable!
- Strong typing skills along with time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
