Orlando Sales Partners is looking for a personable and motivated Customer Account Representative – AT&T to join our team supporting a leading telecommunications campaign.
As a Customer Account Representative – AT&T, you’ll work directly with business customers, learn about their communication needs, explain available AT&T services, and help guide them toward solutions that make sense for their business.
This is a face-to-face customer and account-focused role for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers feel confident about the choices they make.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Account Representative – AT&T, you’ll:
- Meet with prospective and existing business customers
- Learn about each customer’s current needs and service priorities
- Explain AT&T products, services, pricing, and available promotions clearly
- As a Customer Account Representative, recommend solutions based on the customer’s business needs
- Assist with new account enrollment and service setup
- Answer questions and provide a smooth customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer and account activity
- Work toward individual and Customer Account Representative team sales goals
- Follow up with customers when needed and help maintain strong account relationships
What We’re Looking For
A successful Customer Account Representative does not need to know everything on day one. We provide training on the products, customer conversations, account setup, and the sales process.
