FCC Logistics, Inc. is seeking Sr. Business Analyst to:
· Analyze logistics and supply chain data, including transportation costs, delivery performance, inventory levels, and warehouse productivity, to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
· Monitor key logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, freight cost per unit, inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fulfillment cycle time.
· Develop reports and dashboards to track shipping performance, carrier utilization, warehouse throughput, and customer service metrics.
· Support route optimization and carrier performance analysis to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transportation expenses.
· Assist in evaluating vendor contracts, freight rate structures, and third-party logistics (3PL) service agreements.
· Conduct cost-benefit analyses for logistics initiatives, including warehouse expansion, automation tools, or system enhancements.
· Collaborate with operations, procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to gather business requirements for process improvements.
· Document current-state logistics workflows (procurement-to-delivery cycle) and recommend process enhancements to improve scalability and accuracy.
· Support inventory analysis and demand forecasting to reduce stockouts and excess inventory.
· Perform root-cause analysis of shipment delays, billing discrepancies, or inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
· Prepare analytical summaries and operational reports for management to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.
Require
· Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a closely related field; and
· Proficiency in operational efficiency improvement, process optimization, cost control, and performance metrics monitoring.
