Production Worker
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our team and support daily production operations. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient, safe, and high-quality production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential malfunctions, defects, or safety hazards
- Handle, store, and organize materials and finished products
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines during assigned shifts
- Report defective products, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris, waste, and hazards
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic workplace safety practices
- Must be able to remain standing in a stationary position, often in one work area, for up to 12 hours per shift
- Must be able to perform repetitive hand, arm, and upper-body motions continuously throughout the shift
- Must be able to maintain a consistent work pace while performing repetitive production tasks for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility and exposed to hot and cold temperatures depending on seasonal conditions
- Steel-toe footwear required (additional safety equipment provided)
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be able to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
Schedule:
Rotating 12-Hour Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
