Alliance Power Solutions, INC., Tampa Bay’s leading commercial electrical contractor, is seeking skilled and experienced Commercial Journeyman Electricians to join our team. We are a leading electrical contractor in the Tampa Bay area, specializing in commercial tenant improvements, new construction, and specialized electrical systems.
The Role
We are hiring for a full-time, on-site position. As a Commercial Journeyman Electrician, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for high-quality electrical installations and repairs on a variety of commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations and repairs for new construction and tenant remodel projects.
- Safely operate company equipment and vehicles.
- Read and accurately interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and make independent decisions on electrical repairs and installations.
- Follow all company and industry safety rules, including working with lifts and ladders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Journeyman License (Preferred).
- Proficient EMT conduit bending experience is required.
- Three-phase electricity and commercial experience is a must.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (frequently) during the day and work off ladders.
- Experience with tenant remodels and new construction projects is required.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
