What You’ll Be Responsible For As a Customer Sales Associate:
- Crafting tailored sales solutions that align with customer goals and enhance their overall experience
- Building trust and rapport with customers through authentic, needs-based conversations in regard to sales
- Driving revenue growth by executing targeted sales strategies and identifying new sales opportunities; utilizing your upselling and negotiation skills where applicable
- Navigating customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to provide seamless customer service during the sales interaction
- Collaborating with team members to refine sales techniques and share best practices
- Tracking sales performance and leveraging insights to improve sales results and customer satisfaction
What You Bring to the Customer Sales Associate Role:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or higher level of education or relevant experience is preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable
