Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise shop staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management to ensure team success.
- Oversee daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory control through purchasing, stocking, and inventory audits.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements across all shop functions.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in shop or Installation environments with supervisory or assistant manager roles preferred.
- Strong skills in employee organization.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable but not a deal braker.
- Ability to lead teams through training & development initiatives while managing budgets and performing administrative tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $51,523.74 - $83,200.00 per year
