As a member of the cafeteria team, you are responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Your goal is to ensure students or employees receive quality food while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Meal Preparation: Assist with basic food prep, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and health guidelines.

Efficient Service: Serve meals quickly and courteously during peak rush periods to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.

Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a spotless workspace by cleaning prep areas, washing dishes, and following HAZMAT/Health Department protocols.

Inventory & Setup: Restock serving stations, organize pantry supplies, and assist with point-of-sale (POS) or meal tracking systems.

Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure.

Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality for early or strictly timed shifts.

Teamwork: A positive attitude and the ability to coordinate effectively with other kitchen staff.
