Staff Accountant - Up to $32 per hour
Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment with strong growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
- Prepare financial reports and perform balance sheet and P&L analysis
- Support variance analysis and operational reporting
- Review financial transactions and identify discrepancies
- Assist with process improvements and ad hoc financial projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
- Provide support during audits and other accounting initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and month-end close
Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
