Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Assist customers with product selection; providing 5-star service.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays.
- Support store operations by managing inventory levels, conducting stock replenishments, and assisting with merchandising efforts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- 7 years of retail experience.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking duties and maintain attractive displays.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
