Experience is helpful, but it is not everything. We can teach automotive skills—we cannot teach effort, reliability, or a great attitude. If you show up ready to work, listen, ask questions, and take pride in doing the job correctly, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Rotate, balance, and inspect tires
- Check and top off vehicle fluids
- Inspect brakes, tires, batteries, belts, hoses, and other maintenance items
- Complete multipoint vehicle inspections accurately
- Identify maintenance needs and communicate your findings
- Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Help teammates when needed and contribute to a positive shop environment
- Continue learning new skills and working toward greater responsibilities

Qualifications
- Automotive experience is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is helpful
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to safely lift tires, parts, and equipment
- Must be comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced shop
- Must be willing to follow all safety procedures
- Personal tools are helpful, but we can discuss what is needed
- Must have own tools
