Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team and take ownership of high-quality flooring projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll lead installations, work alongside a motivated crew, and play a key part in delivering results that exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead epoxy floor installations from prep to final coat
- Perform advanced surface preparation (grinding, crack repair, moisture mitigation as needed)
- Mix and apply coatings with precision and consistency
- Manage job timelines and keep projects running efficiently
- Delegate tasks and guide team members on-site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Train and mentor technicians to improve team performance
- Continuously improve processes and stay current with industry techniques
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of epoxy or concrete coating experience preferred (more is a plus)
- Proven ability to lead or take charge on job sites
- Strong understanding of surface prep and coating systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
- Physically capable of handling demanding, hands-on work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
