Orthodontic Assistant – Grow Your Career in a Positive, Professional Office!
Locations: Pike Creek, Fairfax, and Dover
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday – Thursday, some Fridays (36 hours)

What You’ll Do:
- Assist our orthodontists during procedures, including braces adjustments, fitting braces, dental impressions and taking X-rays
- Educate patients on caring for their smiles and orthodontic appliances
- Sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards
- Keep the clinical area clean, organized, and efficient
- Support a positive, collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental or orthodontic experience preferred
- High school diploma required; dental records experience or certification a plus
- Current Delaware X-Ray Certification preferred — if you don’t have one, we’ll provide study materials and pay for your exam!
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of dental terminology
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Eager to learn and grow within our practice
