We are seeking an experienced Hair Transplant Surgical Technician to join our highly skilled surgical team. This position is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a collaborative surgical environment where quality is always the top priority.
Previous hair transplant experience is required.
Applicants without direct hair restoration experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians throughout all phases of hair transplant surgery.
- Perform follicular unit graft dissection with precision and consistency.
- Prepare, sort, count, hydrate, and organize grafts while maintaining graft integrity.
- Assist with graft placement and provide intraoperative surgical support.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment.
- Deliver compassionate, attentive care throughout the patient's surgical experience.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow surgical technicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience as a Hair Transplant Surgical Technician.
- Experience with follicular unit graft dissection and handling.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain focus during lengthy procedures.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit surgical team.
