We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop customized treatment plans that address specific concerns and goals
- Educate clients on the benefits of different massage modalities and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness
- Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation standards and following all health and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on self-care practices
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education requirements such as CPR certification and physiology knowledge
This role is for the right individual only. We are looking for a therapist that will work 2 days in our Altamonte Springs location and 2 days a week at the Waterford lakes location. Guaranteed hours to begin at 24 per week but open to expanding hours if business development demands so. If interested in more hours we are looking for part time coverage work at the front desk from time to time. Pay will include a base pay plus performance bonus.
