Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Salesman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales to help grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct in-home sales presentations to showcase our services and products, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Follow-Up: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system. Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to remain competitive and provide the best service to our customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in residential sales, preferably in the home services industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC and plumbing services is a plus.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.
- Ability to follow a process thoroughly
Pay Structure
- Ability to Earn 150K+ per year
