WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Mature, responsible, and reliable full-time and part-time positions (with potential to go full-time) available, or have the potential to open up. Being already licensed as an armed guard with 1 year of experience is preferred. However, our training facility can train you to help you obtain your qualifications. Firearm experience is a must.

Post assignments vary based on client needs, and all security officers are expected to be flexible and willing to be cross-trained to work multiple posts and event assignments.
Employees must be available to work a variety of schedules, including second (2nd) and third (3rd) shifts during the week, twelve (12) hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays when needed, and regularly scheduled Saturday event assignments. Scheduling is based on operational and client demands, and flexibility in accepting available assignments is an essential function of the position.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
The officer is expected to always conduct themselves in a professional manner with a professional attitude with the ability to de-escalate situations that come up. We are looking for those who will do the right thing even when no one is looking (integrity).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Reliable transportation, no uber or car sharing, and an active driver’s license is required.
PAY AND OPPORTUNITIES
Starting pay of $15/hour paid bi-weekly.
16 hours per month is required hours expected to work.
